Day 01: Delhi
Begin your Tour.
Arrive into Delhi.
Welcome to Vardhman's "Wildlife in India Tour"!
On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative
to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur This morning after breakfast drive to the beautiful Pink City-Jaipur.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel. After fresen-up proceed for sight-seeing
of the city.
Visit the "Pink city" so-called because a great deal of the
older part is built of pink-colored stone. Visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace
of Wind ), a high and intricately carved wall behind which women of
the court were sequestered while watching processions. Also see the
Observatory and the City Palace, which houses an excellent collection
of Rajasthani costumes, miniatures and an armory of Rajput weapons.

Day 03: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra This morning after breakfast proceed for onward journey by road
to Agra (5.5 hours). Enroute stop at the walled city of Fatehpur Sikri,
built by Akbar the Great to commemorate the birth of his son. Visit
the red stone mosques, courtyards and the palace where Akbar once played
chess using slave girls as pawns.
Continue drive to Agra, arriving Agra around lunch time. Enjoy lunch
in the hotel.
Evening at leisure.

Day 04: Agra - Umaria Early in the morning proceed to visit the one of the Seven Wonders
of the World -Taj Mahal (Closed on every Friday) during Sunrise. Return
back to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed on a city tour of Agra.
Visit Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a
marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellant
range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles,
truly a one stop shop!. In the evening trasnfer to Agra railway station
to catch overnight train for Umaria.

Day 05: Umaria- Bandhavgarh Reach Umaria railway station & you will be met and directly
drive to Bandhavgarh. Check in at your hotel upon arrival. Rest of the
day at leisure.

Day 06: Bandhavgarh Bandhavgarh National Park: It is one of the most exotic wildlife
destinations in India. An erstwhile game reserve of the royal family
of Rewa, Bandhavgarh got recognition as a wildlife park in 1968, when
the Maharaja of Rewa bequeathed the park to the Government. Initially
the park stretched to 105.40-sq-kms in area, with 25 resident tigers
forming its prime attraction. Visiting Bandhavgarh and trailing tigers
on Elephant Safari or cutting through the jungle tracks in a jeep (Jeep
Safari) promises to give you one of the best wildlife experiences in
the state.

Day 08: Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho After breakfast drive to Khajuraho. Reach by the evening and transfer
to hotel. Explore the village in the evening.

Day 09: Khajuraho - Varanasi Visit the world famous Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandela
kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD. The most important are the Chaunset
Yogini Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta
or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath
and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha Temple of Shiva, which is
the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group of
temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple - the only Jain Temple
surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on the outer walls
of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to Vishnu. The other temples
in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and Adinath.
Afternoon transfer to airport to catch flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi
and transfer to hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Varanasi Early morning boat excursion on the holy river Ganges to see the
bathing ghats and cremation site, sunrise above the river, aarti
Watching people bathing and worshipping at the ghats is one of the most
extraordinary experiences of a visit to India.
City tour of Varanasi
Sightseeing tour of the City visiting the Bharat Mata Temple with a
big relief map of India in Marble, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir,
Banaras Hindu Undiversity, which has an art gallery and the mosque of
Moghul Emperor Aurangazeb, built on the site of an ancient Hindu Temple.
A walk through the old centre ("golden" temple, ghats...),
Bharat mata temple, Kashi Viswanath temple.

Day 11: Varanasi - Delhi After breakfast at the hotel proceed for the half day sight-seeing
of SARNATH.
Half-day tour of Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Lord Buddha
gave his first sermon, Sarnath was a renewed school of learning from
6th Century B.C. to 12th Century A.D. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the
Buddhist Temple and the Museum.
Evening transfer to Varanasi airport to board flight for Delhi. On arrival
you will be transfer to your hotel by our representative for an overnight
stay.

Day 12: Delhi This morning after breakfast proceed on a City tour.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid,
one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation
sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni
Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.
Also visit main attraction like Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan
Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial
Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Evening transfer to Delhi International airport to board the flight
for your onward destination with sweet and unforgettable memories of
