Day 02: Delhi
This morning after breakfast proceed on a City Tour
Combined City tour of Old Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Optional: DANCES OF INDIA show in the evening.

Day 03: Delhi - Agra
This morning, drive to the romantic city of "Taj Mahal" - Agra!
City tour of Agra
Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) , Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop!
Evening free on your own.

Day 04: Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Jaipur
Today you drive to the former capital city of Emperor Akbar
On to Jaipur
Your exciting day begins with a tour, starting with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Then continue onward to Jaipur and check into your hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur - Delhi
City tour of Jaipur
This morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort. Later visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds and through the rose pink residential and business areas of Jaipur.
Afternoon drive to Delhi and transfer to hotel.

Day 06: Delhi - Chennai
This morning after breakfast transfer to airport flight for Chennai
Arrive Chennai and transfer to your hotel.
Later Proceed on city Tour of Chennai
Visit the Museum to see the Art and Bronze Gallery. Drive through the Flower and Fruit market, High court, Fort museum, Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral and snake park.

Day 07: Chennai - Trivandrum-Kovalam
This morning after breakfast transfer to airport flight for Trivendrum
Arrive Trivendrum and transfer to Kovalam. Check in Somatheeram Ayurvedic Resort

Day 08: Ayurvedic Beach Resort
Relax and enjoy the facilities at the resort including private beach, yoga, massage, nature walks, classical music and dance programs on open-air stage, visits to local traditional village.

Day 09: Backwaters of Kerala

Day 10: Backwaters - Cochin
Morning relax on houseboat, after lunch drive to Cochin 65 Kms/ 1 1/12 hrs.), transfer to hotel.

Day 11: Cochin- Periyar
City tour of Cochin
Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church. Also visit the Hill Palace Museum which displays articles of archeological importance.
Later drive to Periyar and transfer to hotel.

Day 12: Periyar
Periyar Wild life Sanctuary Home to bison, antelopes, sambars, wild boars, monkeys, langurs, a wide variety of birds, and some 750 elephants. Game viewing by private motor-boat in the evening, (the best time to see wild life).

Day 13: Periyar - Madurai
Relax at Periyar in the morning.
In afternoon, drive to Madurai (135 kms./ 4hrs. drive), "The Temple City of India."
Evening relaxed overview of the city, independent strolling.

Day 14: Madurai -Chennai
Full day sighseeing: Sri Meenakshi Temple, Tirumalai Nayak Palace, Tiruparankundram (rock-cut)Temple, Alagarkoil Temple
Evening transfer to Madurai airport flight for Channai dep 19:40 arr 20:30 arr. OR 20:40 dep.-21:30 arr.

Day 15: Madras (Chennai)
On the day 15 of your tour proceed on a Full day sightseeing of Madras.
Visit Kapaleeshwarar Temple, San Thome Cathedral, Sri Parthasarathy Temple, Fort St. George etc.

Day 16: Madras -Kanchipuram
Visit temples of Kanchipuram enroute to Mahabalipuram. Kailasanatha Temple, Vaikunta Perumal Temple, Sri Ekambaranathar Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Devarajaswami Temple.
On arrival in Mahabalipuram transfer to Hotel

Day 17: Mahabalipuram
Morning relax. In the afternoon proceed on a sightseeing of Mahabalipuram.
