Day 1: Cochin
Begin your Tour.
Arrive into Cochin. Welcome to 'Vardhman's Backwaters & Beaches Tour'. On arrival in Cochin, assistance at airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free.
OPTIONAL: Evening attend the Kathakali dance performance.

Day 2 : Cochin - Periyar
Early morning after breakfast drive to Periyar (100 kms/03 hrs) on the way visiting Idukki dam. Later proceed to the wildlife sanctuary at Periyar/Thekkady. Check in at the Hotel/Resort. Afternoon,Boat ride in Lake Periyar to watch wildlife. Sightseeing will include spotting a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc.
In the evening visit Kumily spice market to see and buy spices.

Day 3: Periyar - Munnar
Early morning enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see wildlife at yor own. Afternoon drive to Munnar, the famous hill station of Kerala. Arrive Munnar and check into hotel. Relax for the rest of day.

Day 4: Munnar
After breakfast go for sight seeing of Munnar, visit Mattuppetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake and Eravikulam National Park which is also called as Rajamala. After the sight seeing you can consider going on shopping for high quality tea, coffee etc. or you can also go on walking tour to the surrounding areas and watch the local life as it is.

Day 5: Munnar - Kumarakom
This morning drive to Kumarkom near Kottayam and stay in one of the backwater resorts. On arrival, check into your hotel. The panoramic backwaters here offer an ideal retreat to enjoy nature at its best. Later visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.

Day 6: Kumarakom - Alleppey
To experience the best of Kerala, go aboard an exciting houseboat cruise along the Kerala backwaters. Morning drive to Alleppey and check in to the houseboat on arrival. The overnight cruise takes you through Alleppey allowing you to enjoy serene surroundings en route. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served on board. Enjoy the backwaters of Kerala by getting a glimpse of the village life from a close quarter. Enjoy the sunset and stay overnight on the houseboat. It will definitely be a unique and unforgettable experience for your lifetime.

Day 7: Alleppey - Trivandrum
This morning after breakfast drive to Trivandrum.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of Trivandrum.
Viist Museum complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology museum, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach etc.

Day 8: Trivandrum - Kanyakumari Excursion
Full day excursion to Cape Camorin/Kanyakumari, the southernmost part of the Indian mainland.
Visit the Vivekananda Memorial which is built about 400 metres offshore.
Later in the evening drive back to Trivandrum to stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 9: Trivandrum
In time transfer to Trivandrum airport to board the flight for your onward journey to Back home with sweet and unforgettable memories of your Honeymoon Tour escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
