Arrive into Delhi. Welcome to Vardhman's ' Tour'! On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by our representative to your hotel. Overnight: Hotel Day 02 Delhi This morning after breakfast proceed on a Combined tour of New & Old Delhi. Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi. Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi. Overnight: Hotel Day 03 Delhi-Varanasi (By Air) This morning transfer to airport for flight to Varanasi Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel Later in the afternoon proceed on a half day city tour of Varanasi Sightseeing tour of the City visiting the Bharat Mata Temple with a big relief map of India in Marble, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University, which has an art gallery and the mosque of Moghul Emperor Aurangazeb, built on the site of an ancient Hindu Temple. Overnight: Hotel Day 04 Varanasi Boat Cruise on River Ganges Early morning boat excursion on the holy river Ganges to see the bathing ghats and cremation site. Watching people bathing and worshipping at the ghats is one of the most extraordinary experiences of a visit to India. Half day tour of Sarnath. Half-day tour of Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon, Sarnath was a renewed school of learning from 6th Century B.C. to 12th Century A.D. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist Temple and the Museum. Later in the evening transfer to Railway station for train to Agra Overnight: Train Day 05 Varanasi - Agra (Train) Arrive Agra in the morning. On arrival in Agra transfer to hotel Later proceed on a city tour of Agra. City tour of Agra Visit Taj Mahal & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Afternoon, we ride to the massive Agra Fort. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire. Overnight: Hotel Day 06 Agra- Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur This morning following a leirsurely breakfast, we drive to Fatehpur Sikri. Visit Fatehpur Sikiri This abandoned capital of the Mughals is a perfectly preserved city at the height of the empire's splendor. The city divided into religious and secular parts has interesting well-sculpted buildings. On to Jaipur Arrive Jaipur and transfer to hotel. Overnight: Hotel Day 07 Jaipur City tour of Jaipur This morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort - which is set on the dry wrinkled Aravali Hills, and surrounded by fortified battlements. We will ride up to this hilltop palace on a caparisoned, painted elephant. Later visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory - The Solar Observatory - an astronomical treasure house, with solar device that give accurate predictions till date. The City Palace reflects a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city and through the rose pink residential and business areas of Jaipur. Overnight: Hotel Day 08 Jaipur - Udaipur This morning after breakfast drive to Udaipur. Enroute visit Ajmer Sharif / Pushkar On arrival late in the evening transfer to hotel for goodnight's rest. Overnight: Hotel Day 09 Udaipur City tour of Udaipur Optional Tour : Boat Cruise on Lake Pichola Visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion ki Bari (Queen resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) Boat curise on Lake Pichola 4km long and 3km broad, surrounded by splendid hills, Palaces, temples bathing ghats and embankments Overnight: Hotel Day 10 Udaipur - Mumbai (Air) Morning transfer to airport flight for Mumbai Leave for Mumbai Mumbai and transfer to hotel. City tour of Mumbai City tour of Mumbai. Kamla Nehru Park, Hanging Gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar Hill offering a panoramic view of Marine drive, Chowpatty Beach, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India & drive through the Crawford Market, Marine Drive & Flora Fountain. Overnight: Hotel Day 11 Mumbai Half day excursion to Elephanta Caves. Half day excursion across the harbour to the world famous, 1200 yrs. old Elephanta caves, dedicated to Lord Shiva, the famous sculpture signifying the trinity of the creator, the preserver and the destroyer is located here.
