- Cost of travel on per night basis in a Single
or Double/twin or Triple occupancy coupe.
- Catering (morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening
tea and dinner)
- Conducted sightseeing tours in deluxe A/c
coaches, entrance fee for monuments, cultural
entertainment.
- The rates are subject to change without any
prior notice.
- All current applicable taxes levied by the
government.
- Indian national pay fares as per the
current exchange rate of the USD fares.
- Service tax of 3.09% would be levied on the
Published tariff.
- Tariff is subject to change without prior
notice.
- Children below the age of 5 years sharing
parent’s coupe (without extra bed) free
of charge, children between 5-12 years of age
at 50% charge.

| The above cost does not include: |
- Personal expenses such as Liquor, Laundry,
other items of personal nature, charges levied
at parks and monuments, transfer to and from
railway station in Bangalore.

| Other important information: |
- Half fare for children of 5 years and above
but less than 12 years, child below 5 years
are free of charge.
- There will be a 10% surcharge levied on the
tariff for Christmas & New Year departure
(already calculated above).
- All the payment are to be made in Indian
Rupees on the prevailing exchange rate.

| Booking Procedure |
- 20% of the ticket value at the time of confirming
the booking.
- Remaining 80% of ticket value 45 days
prior to departure.

- 5% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.
- 20% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure.
- 100% of ticket value between less than 30
days prior to departure.

| Procedure for confirmed bookings: |
- Guest details will have to be submitted at
the time of booking. Any change in the details
shall be treated as cancellation and would attract
cancellation charges as applicable and the new
name/s will be treated as fresh booking and
will be confirmed keeping in view the waitlisted
bookings.
